Iranian-Americans Warn U.S. Amid Celebrations Over Regime Offspring's Deportation

Iranian-Americans are celebrating the revocation of visas for relatives connected to the Islamic Regime who have been living luxuriously in the United States. They have issued a stark warning that the recent deportation of seven individuals is just the beginning of a much larger issue.

Journalist and activist Shayan Khosravanifarahani commended Secretary of State Marco Rubio for taking action against those with ties to the regime, stating that these individuals have been living comfortably using funds stolen from the Iranian people.

The recent deportation included Seyed Eissa Hashemi, an adjunct associate professor at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology and the son of Masoumeh Ebtekar, known as "Screaming Mary," a key figure from the 1979 US Embassy hostage crisis. Hashemi, along with his wife, Maryam Tahmasebi, also a psychology professor, and their son, had their green cards revoked by federal authorities.

The arrests of Hashemi's family members came shortly after the deportation of Hamideh Soleimani Afshar and Sarinasadat Hosseiny, relatives of the late Iranian General Qasem Soleimani. Khosravanifarahani, who played a role in gathering evidence leading to these arrests, revealed that there are potentially thousands of Iranians in the US with ties to the Islamic regime, posing a significant national security risk.

Iranian-American activist Morgan Mahdizadeh expressed relief that action is being taken against these individuals, emphasizing the threat they pose in influencing policy and stealing technology. She highlighted the long-standing efforts of Iranian-Americans to raise awareness about the regime's activities in the US and praised the current administration for addressing the issue.

Both Khosravanifarahani and Mahdizadeh underscored the importance of continued efforts to identify and deport individuals with ties to the regime, emphasizing the need to distinguish between the Iranian diaspora seeking freedom for their homeland and those working to advance the regime's agenda in the US.
