A luxurious condominium in West Hollywood, designed by the renowned Clements Design team, has been sold for a local record price of $3.23 million at 999 Doheny Drive.
The two-bedroom, 2.5-bath residence was elegantly styled by Clements Design, a favored interior design firm in Hollywood. Kathleen Clements and her son Tommy Clements, the creative minds behind the firm, are sought after by A-list celebrities such as Jennifer Aniston, who entrusted them with designing her stylish Los Angeles home.
Known for their unique approach, Clements Design has also worked on notable properties including a mansion in Calabasas for Kris Jenner, as well as residences for Adam Levine, Behati Prinsloo, and Kendall Jenner. Their client roster extends to Ellen DeGeneres, Portia de Rossi, Jennifer Lawrence, Bruno Mars, and Scooter Braun.
The condo, spanning 1,859 square feet, was transformed by Clements Design into a chic farmhouse-inspired space. The unit was purchased for $1.78 million in 2020, marking a significant increase from its previous sale price of $705,000 in 2018.
Featuring a cozy eat-in chef’s kitchen with light wood finishes and custom cabinetry, the residence exudes a warm ambiance. The unit also includes a hidden writer’s nook that doubles as a home office, adding functionality to the living space.
Soft, neutral tones and meticulous attention to detail create a tranquil atmosphere in the bedrooms, with the master bedroom offering a balcony with sweeping views of Los Angeles. The building offers amenities such as a saltwater pool, gym, sauna, and picturesque views stretching from Beverly Hills to the Getty Center.
The sale was facilitated by Bryce Pennel of Douglas Elliman, representing the listing, while Chase Rogers of Beverly Hills Estates represented the buyer.
