Hilaria Baldwin Uses Instagram to List $20M Hamptons Home

Hilaria Baldwin has taken a proactive approach in selling her $20 million Hamptons home by leveraging her social media platform. In a promotional video shared on Instagram, Baldwin aims to generate interest in the Amagansett property, which has struggled to find a buyer for several years.

In the video, Baldwin fondly recalls the family's cherished moments at the estate and hints at an upcoming life change for the couple and their seven children. Despite the video's sentimental tone, the property remains listed for sale, with a recent price reduction bringing it back on the market at around $20 million after an initial listing of $29 million in 2022.

The historic estate, dating back to 1740, spans approximately 10,000 square feet and boasts five bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a wood-paneled library, a movie theater, a wine room, a pool, and a spa on an 8-acre property. Baldwin emphasizes the privacy and serenity the property offers, making it ideal for their large family.

In the video, Baldwin directs potential buyers to the listing agent, Scott Bradley of Saunders & Associates. Despite challenges in attracting buyers due to the property's age, size, and land designation for agricultural use, Baldwin remains hopeful that the right buyer will eventually emerge.

This social media push is not the first attempt to sell the home, as Alec Baldwin previously appeared in a promotional video in 2024.
